Overview
SolvitaPay ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered merchant statement analyzer and related payment processing consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and statement analyzer, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By uploading a statement or otherwise using our site, you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
When you use the AI Merchant Statement Analyzer, you upload a copy of your existing processing statement. That document typically contains financial and business information such as your business name, processing volume, transaction counts, fee line items, your current processor's name, and other figures printed on the statement. We also collect the contact information you voluntarily submit through our forms, such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address, and standard technical information (like browser type and IP address) generated automatically when you visit our site.
We only collect what is necessary to analyze your statement and, if you choose to move forward, to prepare a proposal or set up a processing account for your business.
How your statement is processed
When you upload a statement, our AI analyzer reads the document to identify your pricing model, calculate your effective rate, and flag line items worth reviewing. This analysis is performed to generate the results shown to you and, where you request it, to prepare a recommendation or quote. We do not use the contents of your statement to train third-party AI models, and we do not publish or display your statement data anywhere outside of your own results.
Encryption in transit
Every file you upload to SolvitaPay is transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption (HTTPS). Your statement is encrypted from the moment it leaves your device until it reaches our systems, protecting it from interception while in transit.
Data retention and deletion
We retain uploaded statements and analysis results only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with your results, follow up on your request, and maintain accurate business records — and no longer than required by applicable law. If you would like your statement or personal information deleted sooner, you can request deletion at any time using the contact information below, and we will remove it from our active systems.
We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell your personal information or your statement data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide our services to you. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our website and analyzer (for example, secure hosting), and those providers are bound to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also ask us any questions about how your data is handled. We will respond to all reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
