Sign-On Bonus: Bonus available only to merchants approved for and actively processing on SolvitaPay's Dual Pricing or Cash Discount program. Subject to approval and underwriting — not all businesses or industries qualify. Bonus amount is based on verified processed volume averaged across the first 90 days, with active processing in each of the three months and the account in good standing. Payment is issued within 30 days of qualifying, by check or ACH. This offer is not available to high-risk industries or businesses that cannot be boarded on a Dual Pricing or Cash Discount program. Merchants who close, transfer, or fall out of good standing before the 90-day qualification period ends forfeit the bonus. SolvitaPay reserves the right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

1. Overview. The SolvitaPay Sign-On Bonus ("Bonus") is offered and funded solely by Solvita Holdings LLC ("SolvitaPay," "we," "us"). The Bonus is not offered, funded, or guaranteed by any payment processor, sponsor bank, or third party. Enrolling in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility. The Bonus is available only to new merchants who (a) enroll with SolvitaPay on our Dual Pricing or Cash Discount program, and (b) remain actively enrolled on that program throughout the qualifying period. Merchants on other pricing programs are not eligible.

3. Qualifying Volume. Bonus amounts are based on verified processed volume, averaged across the merchant's first 90 days of processing, with active processing required in each of the three (3) months. Volume is determined solely by SolvitaPay from actual processing records. Bonus tiers:

4. Account in Good Standing. To qualify, the merchant account must, at day 90 and at time of payout: be open and actively processing; have no excessive chargebacks; have no fraud, NSF, or returned funding; and be in full compliance with the merchant processing agreement. Accounts that are closed, suspended, or in breach do not qualify.

5. Legitimate Business & Anti-Fraud. The Bonus is available only to legitimate, operating businesses processing genuine transactions. Artificially inflated volume — including but not limited to self-run transactions, manufactured or fake transactions, transaction laundering, or any manipulation to reach a tier — voids eligibility. SolvitaPay reserves the right to withhold, deny, or reclaim (claw back) any Bonus if fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation is discovered, before or after payout.

6. One Bonus Per Business. One Bonus per business entity (per EIN). Multiple accounts, locations, or entities under common ownership do not qualify for multiple Bonuses unless expressly agreed in writing by SolvitaPay.

7. Payout. Qualifying Bonuses are paid within thirty (30) days of qualification, via check or ACH per merchant preference. Merchant is responsible for providing accurate payout information; SolvitaPay is not liable for payments sent to incorrect information provided by the merchant. Bonuses may be reported as income where required by law, and merchant is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Modification & Determination. SolvitaPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time; however, merchants already enrolled and in their qualifying period will be honored under the terms in effect at enrollment. SolvitaPay's determination of eligibility and volume is final. This offer is void where prohibited and is not combinable with other offers unless stated.

9. No Guarantee of Savings. Enrollment in the Bonus program does not guarantee any specific savings or processing outcome.
