SolvitaPay provides an AI-powered tool that reviews uploaded merchant processing statements to estimate an effective rate and identify potential savings, along with payment processing consulting and account setup services. Results provided by the analyzer are estimates based on the information contained in the document you upload and are provided for informational purposes only.

You represent that you have the right to upload any statement or document you submit to us and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to a business you own, operate, or are authorized to represent. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Any savings estimate, rate comparison, or recommendation provided through our Services is based on the information available at the time and does not guarantee actual results. Final pricing, approval, and account terms for any processing program are subject to underwriting and a separate signed agreement.

The SolvitaPay website, analyzer, and all associated content, branding, and software are the property of Solvita Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

Our website may link to third-party sites or reference third-party processors and equipment providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be fully accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvita Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any decision made in reliance on results provided by the statement analyzer.
